Has anyone had any experience they'd like to share: Re: the "necessity" of replacing the cute rubber fuel-line "pig-tail" that connects the metal line, @ the right/front frame rail, with the engine's fuel pump? Mine is original, and appears to be in fine shape, but it IS "original", and simple to replace (altho the 'replacement-piece' would, obviously, "have" to be a straight-section of modern hose, that would not look "correct" ) , so, beyond the "pragmatics" of replacing this line "BEFORE" anything bad can happen, does anyone have any anecdotes regarding "failures" of this line, either from "ethanol" deterioration, and/or from general wear-out? Gotta LOVE them time-bombs, sitting there, in an old car. Neil Vedder
