In any case, it is a '59 Buick, or it was, depending on what the Coast Guard did to it to sink it. The wrap rear window is a '59-'60 GM feature on the hardtop sedans - I have one here in the basement I figure I'll make a display case out of, since the car was trashed. '61 Chrysler fins rise considerably towards the rear of the car, where the Buick is actually pretty level and the trunk lid drops down to make the actual fin effect.
