Has been my experience that Kaiser guys are cheap, so on top of low demand for parts you can't get a reasonable amount for them when you do have 'em. End result is short of other KF people, they will be hard to find. I see someone else has already suggested the KF club, and that is probably the best bet. However floors would be something that needs fabrication unless you happen on someone building up a race car from one of these (put an early Hemi in yours and have some fun with it!). Odds are any replacement parts were made in the 50's if ever and will be near impossible to locate, if any even exist now. Was why I passed up a Willys Aero ('53) about a dozen years ago - the car was rotted all the way to the trans tunnel on both sides, I am not sure what was holding it in one piece still - and it was beyond my abilities at the time. Now, I know where there is a J in about the same shape, but the guy won't even talk about letting it go. It'll be there in another 20 years, rotted in two by then I am sure. I have a Henry J sitting on the farm (really). I had put it on the back burners years ago because of the difficulty getting parts. I know it needs floor boards. Does anyone have any good resource links they could share with me. I really didn't come up with anything stellar when I did my own searches.
