Nick, "FUNNY" you should mentioning the financing of the exCARvation!
There "IS" some discussion, about which 'agency' is going to pay for it,
but, it appears that The City is gonna, eventually, be on-the-hook for
mebbe $10K
in costs-but they don't realize "the-half" of the 'stuff' that they're
gonna have to go-thru AFTER they exCARvate it [ just invented "THE"
Term!!!!]
