[FWDLK] Under Body paint

Well, way back when, before I knew about this list, or POR-15 or anything
else, I redid the underside of by '61 Newport. I did undercoat it, which
now sounds like a mistake, but somehow I think I'll be ok. I had stripped
the entire thing down to bare metal, used two coats of primer, two coats
of Rust-oleum over the primer, and then two coats of rubberized
undercoating. I'm guessing it should last a while :-P
