What engine? If it is a B-engine(361 or 383) a water pump for a later
model 383, 400 or 440 should fit right in. Should still be a lot of them
available most anywhere new or rebuilt.
Yes, you do just remove those 4 bolts, the rest of it can remain on the
engine.
