The 6.8-liter 413 was the only motor used by the Imperial division from 1959 - 1965. I have three of them myself (all push-button transmissions): '60 Crown 2-dr Southampton; '62 Le Baron 4-dr Southampton; '64 Le Baron 4-dr hardtop. Last year, I had the motor in my '62 rebuilt. It wasn't cheap, but my mechanic enjoyed working on it. -----Original Message----- From: Forward Look Mopar Discussion List [mailto:L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of paul holmgren Sent: Tuesday, October 21, 2003 10:54 PM To: L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [FWDLK] NATHAN, YOU HAVE TO GET OUT MORE... re: 413, remember, those were in the 300 Letter cars and the first Ramcharger motor -- Paul Holmgren Hoosier Corps #33, L-6 2 57 300-C's in Indy -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Over 25,000 pages of archived Forward Look information can be easily searched at http://www.forwardlook.net/search.htm Powered by Google! -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Over 25,000 pages of archived Forward Look information can be easily searched at http://www.forwardlook.net/search.htm Powered by Google! |
