All I have a '57 DeSoto 341 cid engine that was just pulled out of my '57 Belvedere Convertible. It was running before it was put into the car about 12 years ago. The crank turns over. It is in fairly good shape except it is painted C***Y orange? No idea why. The manifold and the correct original 4 barrel carb is there. Does anyone have an idea of what the engine is worth? I had a $300.00 offer. I was under the impression that it was worth more than that. If someone has a ball park figure please let me know either on the FL list or personally. Thanks. John Paxos |
