[FWDLK] push buttons

 Hi all.  Someone MUST have swapped out a 2 sp auto trans and put in a 3
sp torqueflite -- the question is - will the 2 spd push buttons work the
torqueflite ok - I mean the important stuff [ D, R, N ].  I don't care
about 1 or 2 anyway.
