All you need to do is to remove the center cap, exposing the nut that holds
the outer wheel bearing, then remove the nut and the drum & hub will slide
off as a unit.If it doesn't come off easily you may have to back off the
brake adjustment for more room.The outer wheel bearing will drop out the
front and the inner one should remain in the hub, held by the wheel seal.

than "Remove the front wheel and drum as an assembly, after backing off the
adjusting cams". Do I miss something really obvious ? Like removing the
