I am old enough to remember: The rag man and his horse drawn wagon, My Grandfather's fish stories and some of the braggin'. A 57 Corvette in the show room just down the street, Also a 61 300G that just could not be beat. I can still see my Dad's 59 Plymouth Suburban, Where I grew up in the country, and now it is urban. My 53 Plymouths and a 66 Dodge, A faint memory of a trip to a Northern WI lodge. A 56 Plymouth our neighbors bought new, I think it was torquiose, or maybe just blue. The 59 Sport Fury convertible that the neighbor kid got, and that ride in his car I have never forgot. A pink Crown Imperial with a 392, Sad to say it was junk when I was all through. A 48 Studebaker truck that got a transplant or two, A Dodge rear end and that big 392. A 58 Chevy that fell off the ramps at Cosgrove Chevrolet, I bet that driver had a really lousy day. And now I look at the Amish buggies as they clop on by, Centuries have past and still look each other in the eye.
