Fred, Yes. All Dodge Hemi heads will fit your 325 Poly. The only problem is that the Poly block has relocated pushrods and a small "bump" opening at the block/head interface that may leak oil when Hemi heads are used. You can probably seal it up. Early (241/270) Dodge Hemi heads will have much smaller valves and ports, probably resulting in a lower total HP than you have now. Later (315/325) Hemi heads have bigger ports, but are much harder to find, because they only came on high performance D500 engines and a few 57 - 59 Dodge trucks. Valve notches in the pistons are located differently, but should not be a problem. Parts you will need: Hemi heads from a Dodge Valve covers for Hemi Rocker arm assembly for Hemi Head bolts for hemi Pushrods for Hemi (315 adjustable/325 hydraulic) Exhaust manifolds for Hemi Intake manifolds for Hemi/Poly are interchangeable. 4 bbls are hard to find. You need one from a 315/325. A longer duration cam will wake up the engine.
