Hey Gang - Greetings from Chryslers @ Carlisle (aka All-Chrysler Nationals) 2002 !!! Under beautiful skies, I spent eleven hours today walking the swap meet and looking at an ocean of nothing but Mopar parts. It gets pretty overwhelming after a while ! Saw lots of FL-era parts in those sweet red, yellow and blue boxes. Where have these parts been hiding ? In the car corral, there was a 58 Fury with original 350 engine and 3 speed standard transmission. It was rusty and had some bad bodywork, but all the correct engine stuff was there. Price was expensive, though, at $12,000. Also, 57 Belvedere convertible which was restored but had noticeable bondo in the fenders and quarters and possibly an incorrect engine with a 57 Dodge air cleaner (!). This one was price waaaaay high at $32,000 !!!!!!!! Also sighted was a 59 Fury 2dr HT and 59 Sport Suburban wagon, both a little cheaper. FLML members seen so far include Dave Stragand, Jack Johnson, Nick Sperudo, Dieter Bauer, and others I can't remember ! Exhausted for now. More tomorrow...
