As usual the list has come through in fine form. Thanks to all who answered my previous questions. Now for a few others. As the ring gear is welded to the torque converter, once I remove it, can I use a newer, lock-up type converter if it has the correct number of splines/dimensions? Does anyone know of a place to have a converter rebuilt? Should I just bring it to a tranny shop?
