I am not sure about the V-16 Hemi but a company called Falconer Racing
Engines http://www.falconerengines.com/  makes a V-12 that i believe uses a
special block, crank and head castings but otherwise standard size Small
Block Chevy internals.  Wrong brand but sure would be cool!
