I'd say you might have the material in time for the 2003 car
shows, but when you get it it will be right. Doug Pollock,
the owner of SMS, is a great guy with lots of integrity, but
their products are in demand.
You might try Original Auto Interiors. If they have what
you need in stock, order it from them and get your money
back from SMS. Otherwise, where else you going to get it?
You can pitch a fit but it won't help.
Another thing to consider is that since you're not working
on a F**d or a Ch**y the material is not in great demand and
therefore you have to plan way, way ahead, not six weeks.
My old secretary used to have a sign, something to the
effect that my lack of planning did not consitute a crisis
to her.
