Lori handles the build ticket requests.  She told me that you could email her at ld89@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and provide make, model, year, vin, your name and address.  They will check and if they have your information, they will mail you a form to fill out and return with $45 and they will mail back the ticket.
