George. These vent frames can be a nightmare to repair or have chromed, because they are all hard-riveted together. On my left side vent frame, when I came to take it apart and have it rechromed, I had to get a toolmaker buddy to spend hours turning up all the little rivets in order to be able to put it back together looking like new. Now however, a good friend from Canada, Greg Leggatt, is selling car packs of these rivets so that you can rebuild these vent frames and side glass frames real easy. I just received my rivet packs from Greg and they are excellent quality...and a most reasonable price. Greg's email address is leggatt@xxxxxxx Glenn Barratt, 57 Fury, Auckland, New Zealand. ----- Original Message ----- From: "George Sazdoff" <Scavengers58@xxxxxx> To: <L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, October 20, 2001 5:17 PM Subject: Re: [FWDLK] L-FORWARDLOOK Digest - 18 Oct 2001 to 19 Oct 2001 (#2001-292) > Brad.
