The cover on the horn ring, only said "Full Time Power Steering" on cars with power steering.  All that I have seen were chrome plated.  And there are those that are painted black.  I have also see Plain chrome ones.  They all have the crest.

   Did all 55 Dodges have a cover over the horn ring that  said "full time power steering" on it with a medalian in the center and part number 1618464 (stamped on the cover).
