Part number 1810 411 is, indeed, a back up lens.  It fits a 1958 Plymouth,
non-Suburban models.  It will also fit the Canadian 1958 Dodge (Crusader,
Regent, Mayfair) and the export 1958 Dodge Kingsway and DeSoto Diplomat.
All non-Suburban models, though.
