[FWDLK] Window Crank Tool

I have an old mopar special tools catalogue with a picture of the window
crank removal tool that I need for my 56 Coronet & my 62 Dart but no luck
finding one at the local parts store.  Any tips on where I can locate such a
contraption?  I remember my brother ruining a perfectly good door panel
about 20 years ago, trying to remove a crank without it.  I certainly don't
want to do that.
