I think it was offered on non-Fireflites, hard to say. I seem to remember Crestline's DeSoto and Plymouth Story (my copy's in storage at the moment) saying the SS was available on all models except Adventurer. A Swedish collector has (or had) a '58 Adventurer convertible that appears perfect in veery way except for the SS trim on either side of the rear license plate bracket, an addon that clashes with the chrome strips on the top side of the trunk lid. I do know in '59 the Seville package (that year's SS) was offered at a couple different trim levels. I could also be mistaken, but I think if someone's putting anodized from a non-Firesweep onto a Firesweep it will need to be trimmed down to fit, always a tricky process at best and one that if botched will ruin a hard to replace piece of anodized trim. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
