When I got my bumpers back from the platers, they told me to paint the insides to keep them from rusting. I applied a coating of Corroless instead and after waiting a few hours, sprayed over the Corroless with Rustoleum silver (not the ultra metallic stuff, just the regular) and the result was a satiny silver finish, nearly identical to the way they came back from the chrome shop. Except now they had a barrier coat to keep them from rusting. Ron
