[FWDLK] Rust/Metal Prep Questions

I know I have asked about POR -15 before and thanks to all that responded.
Now that my car is down to bare metal I have a mixture of bare metal and
some solid rust on the floors and underbody that need to be treated, primed
and painted. I got a deal on getting the chassis powder coated so I dont
have to worry about that.

I am leaning toward POR-15;
but Corroless from Eastwood looks like a good  product does anyone know if
it works on bare metal AND rusted metal?;

I also saw Zero Rust and ras-o-nil  http://www.icpi.net/rassonil.htm

Does anyone know if any of these will work on bare metal and rust and can be
easily topcoated with a satin/chassis black paint?

Any opinions on Corroless, Zero-Rust and Ras-O-Nil would be appreciated.
