The following is a general observation, not directed to any one person. . .

Divide Frank's negatives (37( by the positives ( 2966), ~ 1.25%
This is very respectable . .

slightly over 1 person in 100 buyers are unhappy  ;(

Consider that there is always the magic 10% whom you can never please.

Do any of you wonder how Frank finds and ships so much stuff and makes as
many people happy as he does? Some folks would complain if they were hung
with a new rope. Franks depends on a lot of people to help us find parts. We
oughta be hearing more THANKS instead of hearing from CRANKS.
