I made a tool out of electrical conduit that has a hollow section that holds the rubber boot while you push it into the spark plug hole.  I bought a set of modern 360 plug wires because I couldn't find an inexpensive source of good boots and "make em yourself" plug wires.  Seems like all the auto stores only stock pre-made wires anymore.

...and they need to be long enough for a Hemi and 7mm so that the plug boots will fit. Rubber boots are to flimsy to get the connector on the plug.
