Try Rhode Island Wiring at  http://www.riwire.com/.  I have not seen their
work so I can't give a recommendation, but they do list Dodges in this range
on their web page.

You could rewire it yourself.  There isn't that many wires.  How picky are
you about using original style wire?  My boys rewired a 55 Desoto with
modern wire from the auto parts store and terminals from a local electronics
outlet.  They soldered the terminals and haven't had any problems after a
year as a daily driver.
