Hoooooooboooy. To steal a line from a recent Dodge ad
campaign, "this changes everything". '62-'65 TFs are
shifted by means of a cable and can be mated to a
pushbutton setup. '66 and newer TFs are shifted by a
solid linkage and AFAIK can't be converted.

I'd sure like to be proven wrong by someone who's
actually made this combo work. One of my fantasies is
to do a '57 Dodge pickup with the MP crate 360 and the
A-500 or A-518 overdrive automatic, but I only want to
do that combo if I can make it work with buttons like
God and Virgil intended.
