Hi, Ron: Thanks for the confirmation and the explanation of the instrument gauges voltage limiter. I guess that means that a 59 sending unit won't work in my 58 because it isn't going to send the right voltage to my gauges, since there isn't any voltage limiter. Now, about this full-size bridge you've got for sale, cheap. How cheap is cheap, exactly? What is the starting bid and how high is the reserve? When does the auction end? What about packing and shipping costs? After it is shipped here, can I change the name, since it won't be in Brooklyn any more? Do you accept PayPal? What if my check doesn't clear? And, I suppose you're following the teachings of the very best shysters on e-Bay, by selling this item "for a friend", so you yourself cannot be held liable for misrepresenting any of the details, such as whether or not you actually have a good title to this bridge? Thanks again. And, to repeat an earlier question of mine to the list, does anyone know where to get the perforated cardboard material to make new headliners for ForwardLook Cars? I even saw the very same cardboard, plastic trim strips and metal end clips in a 64 Ford Country Squire, so I'm still hopeful there's a wholesale supplier of this cardboard, somewhere. Dick Woodside |
