[FWDLK] Advice Needed: Gas Tank Leak -- 56 Imperial

At the front of my gas tank there is something that looks like a rubber
drain plug....  Gasoline is seeping out.  Can anyone offer any advice
about what needs to be done?  Is this a drain plug?  Where can I get
another  plug?
