[FWDLK] Stuck Parking Brake

Good news I brought my 60 Polara Wagon back from storage after 5
months...now the bad news my parking brake is stuck down and will
not release and darn if I don't want to drive it at least when the snow
clears!. Any quick trouble shooting help?  Thanks
