Hello,
I'm looking for a supplier of power window switches,
or a rebuilder of switches. Specific needs are passenger side rear along
with a good female junction block for the same switch.
It's spring in New England and gorgeous! My
66 300 is in the process of having a new suit of clothes put in.
Legendary interior kit, seats, headliner and repair door panels and
rugs I bought at a hot rod show. The upholsterer said the seats fit like
a glove and were well made. Built up the seats for my old body with foam
in the right places. I swear interior designers all raised their
kids to be chiropracters! My car has a 5 bow headliner, they sent me a
4 bow. Make sure you specify the number as there seems to be confusion
by the vendor as to what the parts book says.
My interior chrome has some pits, some pieces more
than others. I've used Brillo to clean the grime and now I'd like to do
the next best thing to rechroming. I tried a green tripoli on a sewn polishing
wheel ( I make tobacco pipes and use green, white and carnuba for final
polishing of the briar) and that doesn't seem to get rid of the fisheye
in the luster. Are there any suggestions other than bend over for the full
monty and rechrome.
Thanks in advance, John Photakis
