Wait a minute... Maybe I misunderstood the shipping issue. I thought that the seller refunded the item & shipping out bound, and the buyer wanted the shipper to pick up the cost of the return shipping as well? I wouldn't think any company will offer a "Call tag" for an item to be picked up at their expense. If they do, I'd say that place goes above and beyond the call. My company will only refund or credit the parts cost, not the shipping, unless the item was defective. If the buyer just changes his mind, then that person eats the cost. If the item was broke due to negligent packing, the seller should refund the shipping cost to keep the buyer happy thus getting repeat business.
