A term you are obviously not familiar with. If a product is not packaged adequately enough it will break. Even if it was packaged well enough, it is the fault of the postal company, not the customer. The vendor should call the postal company or call it a loss and a cost of doing business. To say that the buyer is responsible for the fee is just plain stupid, I would NEVER except the charge for receiving broken merchandise. And yes, My business does run that way.
