Sorry to post this to the list but I did not know where to ask...
I have bought an already existion registered domainname called mulberry.com
I have never yet used the domain. Mulberry is a registered trademark. Now I
got a nasty letter from a lawfirm telling me to give uop the domain to
Mulberry and pay all their legalexpense and more! Is this just a threat or
do Mulberry have any right to the domain? I can understand that they can
stop me from using the name mulberry on the site but is mulberry and
mulberry.com considered the same thing? Mulberry had the chance to buy it
themselves if they wanted to, the name was for sale for some months. I am
asking you because I do not know where to Anyone else experienced simular
difficulty concerning a domainname? Do you know any good legaladvicers that
I could contact?
