I've found an old friend. The first forward look car I owned. A 1956 Dodge Sierra Wagon that I sold in 1992 is now for sale. Should I buy It? I want another wagon. I have the room. But the car is in California and I'm in New Jersey. My wife and I took it on a 2000 mile camping trip up the coast of CA and Oregon in 1991. It's a black and white 4 door with a 270 and powerflite but no other options. It was in nice shape when I sold it and it's in nice shape now. So I'm told. I have a friend In CA that will be able to look it over for me. I can get it for less than I sold it for almost 9 years ago. Not counting shipping expenses.($800) I have a willing buyer for my current wagon restoration project. So why not? Logic shouldn't enter into the equation in this hobby should it? Maybe it's fate. Any advise? Thanks John M 1956 Custom Sierra
