[FWDLK] Vehicle Tow Dolly?

Has anyone ever purchased a car dolly (not a trailer or tow bar, but a
dolly)?  I need to purchase one for work.  Approximately how much does
one cost?  Can anyone recommend any good manufacturers?  Also, if you
have one for sale within 300 miles of Pittsburgh, I would be interested
in purchasing one used.  If you could help me out, please email me
