I had a similar problem on a International pickup I used to own, it would run fine in cold weather, but when the weather got hot the engine would die, usually when going up a hill. I went through the ignition and fuel system and changed everything but the problem remained. I finally solved it by pulling the fuel tank where I found a grocery list that my young son had probably put in the tank. I have theorized that the grocery list would float in the denser cold fuel and sink when the fuel warmed up causing the list to cover the fuel outlet to the engine.
