[FWDLK] Detroit Ball and Trunion Universal Joints

I disassembled my ball and trunion joint.  I broke my cheap 4" vice trying
to press out the rod so the collar can be removed.  How do you press out the
rod?

Does anyone know where to get a boot and clamp kit for this joint?
