Yeah he has lotta Packard etc but also various paints (Hi temp in spray cans
is SUPER, used it for 15 y rs) and so on.
but
I had one problem and the next day THE MAN (Bill) called me, a real
gentleman, and we chatted about the problem and he said- just keept the
product and we will also refund your $$$.
Now THATS service and customer relations.
but
Remember lotta these supposed mopar specialists are brokers, they mfg no
parts, just buy from places like Metro Molded parts and give a good markup.
IMHO stay with Bernbaum or Roberts in spite of it all.
However we all know the WPC and Plymouth club ads are very good.
and
never heard anyone talk of Dave Stromberg in what, WA?, or Neil Riddle?
also note summers many smaller 'outfits' are on the road and very busy
travelling and selling, often hard to reach.
