brushable seam sealer by Eastwood is available and should do the trick.  Part no 4908Z is $20 per can!.  Caulk gun type is available also.  But local Autobody shop would have similar if not better stuff!  

Remove the really bad loose sealer first.

does anyone know what to use to replace the caulking in the rain gutters on
my 58 mayfair?  there is also some behind the back side windows.
