contact "www.its-title.com", they're in New Hampshire and can generate a
new title if you "sell" your car to them and they "sell" it back to you
later with good Certificate of Title from New Hampshire.  Apparently NH is
the only state that can go on bill of sale alone.  Cost is about $200.  PS.
car must be over ten years old.  Sounds OK with me, but I never tried it.
