[FWDLK] Tracing Roots p.s.

I forgot to mention that the second owner that I was able to track down
still has the original 6 cyl with the thrown rod.  Any thoughts on whether
it would be worth shipping to have it laying around??  I am not sure that
returning the car back to original condition would ever be worth it.
Completely original would make it worth more, but a 6 instead of a V8 is
worth less(?).  Also, my understanding is that there is no tie between the
car numbers and engine numbers, would any 55 6cyl work just as well as the
actual original??
