Hi, gang. I spent this afternoon messing around with my TV, stereo, and computer. I took a video (taped from a TV show), copied two sound clips onto a cassette tape, then ran the sound into the computer using Cakewalk. I edited out some of the extra junk and combined the clips, saved them as a .wav file, then reduced the size via pkzip. The file, called forward.zip, is attached. After unzipping the file, play it using Windows' Media Player or anything else which plays wav files. The sound is very "50's". The first part has these words You've got to drive, and see, see and drive the Forward Look! The second has these words: The Plymouth, Dodge, DeSoto, Chrysler and Imperial! The Forward Look from Chrysler Corporation! The sound quality leaves much to be desired, but I think you'll enjoy it anyway. Maybe you'll want to use it as part of the Windows start-up sound or somehow else. Enjoy! Ed Petrus 57 DeSoto Attachment:
