That's a (customized) '61 Fury in that shot. That wheel was also available in
'60. A similar wheel turned up on some Imperials and New Yorkers.
I'm pretty sure the color combo you want was available in '60, though they are
scarce. A friend just sold an NOS turquoise square wheel for $500, and the
buyer couldn't get the $$ out of his hand fast enough.
While it wouldn't be correct for your '59, it wouldn't look half bad there
either...
