Re: IML: '60 in Germany, More than meets the eye!!!!

I bought an eyebrow medallion from someone in Canada that said he had a 60 Le Baron with the large rear window. Perhaps there were some made for sale outside of the US.

Could it be that Chrysler made slightly differently-equipped models for
European delivery? Maybe this is just the only model that was sold in Europe.
Clearly, this is just a guess as I have no documentation nor do I even know
whether this beautiful car or indeed any 1960 Imperial was sold in Europe.

Here is the kicker. It not only has exterior LeBaron emblems but has
LeBaron door panels on the interior. I can see the door emblems as well as the
LeBarons' horizontil pleats in the lower door panel. What I am not seeing is
the LeBaron emblem on the trunk lid. That pretty much convinces me that this
car had the front fenders swapped, or the emblems, and the interior as well.
It is my best guess that we are looking at a 1960 Crown sedan with misc
LeBaron parts.>>
