This car is local to me, and I looked at it today.  The body is toast.
There is not a single piece of sheet metal that is not scraped and/or
dented including the hood.  Black leather interior is in pretty good shape
including door panels, most of the brass panels are present and one door
medallion is missing.  Door carpet is discolored, indicating leakage.
Definite wing window leakage on both sides, front carpet is rotted through
on driver's side.  Nose corners are both history and most pot metal chrome
is flaking.  Vinyl top has some bubbles, rear bumper has some rust.  Dual
exhaust conversion with 3" pipes screams "hot rod".  Oh, and the brakes
(front Budds, rear drums) have hard pedal all the time, indicating vacuum
problems.  The glass is good (gotta find something nice to say).

The owner says it'll fire right up and drive home, but this one looks like
a parts car to me unless you want to invest $5k plus for body work and
paint.  Then you'll need a complete set of side molding in addition to the
above mentioned trim and chrome pieces.  Now you know why his price is low.
It's got some options that would look great in another car.  I'll let you
all know if I pick it up.
