I just ordered one for my 1962 from Adam Bernbaum. They are in the vendors'
list on the site, but you may also want to read the users rating for this
vendor. This is my first order with them, so I have nothing to report, other
than the man I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll see...
