IML: 64 Crown Steering Column Vibration Question

IMLers,

Ok, so I have had all of my front end rebuilt and have
installed the IML recommended KYB shocks.  However, I
still experience some slight vibration in the steel
column/steering wheel during acceleration 20-40 mph. 
Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, do the KYB shocks have any break-in period for
them to soften a little?

I appreciate anyone's and everyone's thoughts.
