IML: 62 &63 Speedo Cables

I need a cable for the 63 IMP and the 62 NY, I think they would be the same. I have ordered two and they both came in less than half the length needed. 
Where to get the correct ones?
OR where to fix mine the hand is jumping and making a real funky sound.
